How to use the Moisturiser: A hard working bloke needs a straight forward no fuss moisturiser. The Man Tough Moisturiser is lightweight, non greasy, non sticky and absorbs into your mug quickly. With lasting hydration, our formula works as hard as you do. Apply to face & neck, avoiding eye area. Use morning & night for the face of a champion.

How to use the Shower Gels: Apply liberally all over your rugged body, pits and bits. Gently massage into your rigatoni or find someone easy on the eyes to assist. Use as often as desired to avoid the pond. Lather, rinse, done.

If you don't love your purchase from Titley’s Department Store, we will happily offer an exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. The items must be returned with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Items must be in a saleable condition with all labels/tickets attached. Item/s must be returned undamaged in the original packaging. Garments must not have been worn, and must not have any marks on them whatsoever.

Your return items will be assessed once they are received and an exchange or refund will be issued if the above conditions are met.

The cost of the return postage to Titley’s Department Store is the responsibility of the customer. Titley’s Department Store will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your return during transit.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged in any way, contact us immediately ( or 07 47878015). We’ll do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

If a fault appears in your product through normal wear, please contact us immediately using the above contacts.

Your item may need to be returned.

Once our warehouse receives the goods, our returns team will inspect them. 

Some faults may need to be assessed by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case, we will keep you as informed and updated as possible.

We will process your return within 1-3 business days of receiving your item. 

A full refund including shipping costs will be available for all goods with major faults/defects in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
