These Bamboo cotton blend sheet sets have been made with the finest 50% bamboo and 50% cotton fibres. The naturally silky smooth and unique sheen of the bamboo protects your skin against any irritation. Fully machine washable and all year-round product.

Return Policy

If you don't love your purchase from Titley’s Department Store, we will happily offer an exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

The items must be returned with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in a saleable condition with all labels/tickets attached. Item/s must be returned undamaged in the original packaging. Garments must not have been worn, and must not have any marks on them whatsoever.

Your return items will be assessed once they are received and an exchange or refund will be issued if the above conditions are met.

The cost of the return postage to Titley’s Department Store is the responsibility of the customer. Titley’s Department Store will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your return during transit.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged in any way, contact us immediately (fashion@titleys.com.au or 07 47878015). We’ll do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

If a fault appears in your product through normal wear, please contact us immediately using the above contacts.

Your item may need to be returned.

Once our warehouse receives the goods, our returns team will inspect them.

Some faults may need to be assessed by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case, we will keep you as informed and updated as possible.

We will process your return within 1-3 business days of receiving your item.

A full refund including shipping costs will be available for all goods with major faults/defects in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
