If you don't love your purchase from Titley's Department Store., we will happily offer an exchange, refund or store credit providing the conditions outlined in our policy below have been met.

RETURNS POLICY
- Items must be returned with the original receipt and must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of you receiving your parcel.
- Items must not be worn, washed, damaged and must be in a saleable condition. All tags, stickers and swing tag labels must be attached.
- Items that are packaged must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged.
- For hygiene reasons, there are no returns on earrings, soaps or bath salts unless deemed faulty.
- Permanent sale items are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty. These items can only be returned for a store credit or exchange.
Once we have received your return, we will assess the item/s. once approved your return request will be processed.
